You do not even need to share your writing to the world. Write for the sake of it. Try short stories, poems and make quotes of your own. All of these things will let you enjoy getting things off your mind while painting your notebook with the color of your words.
You can use Google Docs or a physical journal to start writing. There are apps related for writing you can as well. If you do not want to try poetries or other things mentioned here, try describe your day in a way that makes it seem like you are a movie character. It is a great way to get the creative juices flowing.
Play Racquet Sports
Any sort of racquet sports are a great way for you to get some physical time in and take your mind off of the stress of daily life. The easiest racquet sport you can learn is Badminton and is a great way for you to have fun with friends.

This might be a tad difficult because the setup might take more time and effort than most of the other hobbies on this list. You’ll need gear like a rod, reels, lines, bait, hooks, float, and lure. You would also need a spot where you can fish as well.

Getting a blog up about your own self can be a huge step up because you get to write and talk about yourself as much as you want.

Again, a digital way to express yourself. YouTube has become more about personalities and less about content in today’s day and age. However, that should not stop you from creating good content as the content will make you a personality.

Drawing is one of the most satisfying things I’ve ever done as a hobby because there are no restrictions. I can make whatever I want because it is my world. Start with the basics or go completely abstract! Its your wish. If you need help, there are endless streams dedicated to just drawing on YouTube.
Start cheap, invest in a book and pencils. When you get better, you can buy whatever you feel like. If you want to make a living out of it, you can buy a digital device and make art which leads me to the next hobby….

Video Games help you in increasing your reflexes and are just plain fun. Now, because we tend to get sensory overloads, I tend to only play single player games. Some of the best ones I’ve played is the Resident Evil series, GTA, Batman Arkham Series, Sunset Overdrive, God of War and so much more.
For you, video games can be anything from Call of Duty Warzone to Valorant, it all depends on how you want to relax as a person.
Do Puzzles
Puzzles are some of the best ways to relax. It is a way for you to relax without a timeline. You can get lost in putting together these little pieces as much as you want and your brain can also be engaged without being overloaded. It is also said that solving one puzzle a day keeps Alzheimer’s and Dementia away.
It naturally increases productivity since it lets you lock onto a goal that you want to complete. Although, deciding which ones to play can be a hassle.
Knitting
Last but not the least, we will look at knitting because it is one of the best things to do if you enjoy peace, creating something and a little bit of challenge. Not only are they solo activities but you can also make things you can use in real life like sweaters, gloves and scarfs.
